Participant Consent & Content Release
To be completed by the person whose story is featured (the "Participant") — not by the person who nominated them. You sign this in the participant form, which we send only if you're selected.
1. Your Materials
"Materials" means the name or initials you choose to show, your image (only if you choose to show your face), your voice, your written answers, the photos and videos you send us, and quotes from them.
2. What you allow
You give Sanidoc Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use, copy, edit, publish and display your Materials as part of the SANIDOC Interview series and to promote Sanidoc products, within the scope you choose below. "Edit" means trimming, captioning, translating, cropping and reformatting. We will not change the meaning of what you said or make it sound like you said something you did not.
Scope — you choose one
- Option A — Sanidoc's own channels. Sanidoc's social media accounts (including Instagram @sanidoc.global and TikTok @sanidoc.official), Sanidoc websites, and Sanidoc emails.
- Option B — Own channels plus paid ads. Everything in Option A, plus paid social media advertising for up to 12 months from the first day an ad using your Materials runs.
How you appear — you choose
First name, initials only, or no name; face shown or face not shown (voice, hands and footwear only).
3. You keep ownership
Your Materials remain yours. This Release is a permission, not a transfer of ownership.
4. We disclose the free product
Posts by Sanidoc that feature you will state that you received free product from Sanidoc.
5. Honesty
You confirm that what you tell us is true and reflects your own experience, and that you used the product yourself before describing any results. Sanidoc may choose not to publish any Materials.
6. Other people and your workplace
- Your Materials will not show anyone else's face or identifying details unless that person has agreed in writing, and will not show anyone under 18.
- Please keep out employer or agency logos, badges, name tags, unit insignia, license plates and house numbers.
- You confirm that taking part does not break any rule of your employer or agency that applies to you.
7. Changing your mind
You can ask us to stop using your Materials at any time by emailing global@sanidoc.kr. Within 10 business days we will remove posts featuring you from Sanidoc-controlled channels and stop new uses, including ads. We cannot recall copies that other people have already saved or reshared.
8. No payment
The free product is the only thing you receive. You are not owed any other payment for the uses described here.
9. Electronic signature
By typing your full name in the participant form, you sign this Release electronically and agree that it has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
